Section 15 (15 U.S.C. 2614) is amended by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: fail or refuse to comply with— any rule promulgated, consent agreement entered into, or order issued under section 4; any requirement prescribed by section 5 or 6; any rule promulgated, consent agreement entered into, or order issued under section 5 or 6; any requirement of title II or any rule promulgated or order issued under title II; or any requirement of title VII or any rule promulgated or order issued under title VII; .
