Section 9008(h) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 8108(h)) is amended— in the heading of paragraph (1), by inserting after for fiscal years 2009 through 2012 ; funding in the heading of paragraph (2), by inserting after for fiscal years 2009 through 2013 ; and funding by adding at the end the following: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $26,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
