Section 9006(d) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 8106(d)) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in the heading, by striking and inserting Fiscal years 2009 through 2012 ; and Mandatory funding by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking fiscal year 2013 and inserting each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 .
