Section 7 of the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 ( 16 U.S.C. 2103c ) is amended by striking subsection
(m)and inserting the following: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. In addition to any funds appropriated for each fiscal year to carry out this section, the Secretary may use any other Federal funds available to the Secretary. .
