Section 1672B of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 5925b ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting , education, after support research ; in paragraph (1), by inserting and improvement after development ; in paragraph (2), by striking to producers and processors who use organic methods and inserting of organic agricultural production and methods to producers, processors, and rural communities ; in paragraph (5), by inserting and researching solutions to after identifying ; and in paragraph (6), by striking and marketing and inserting , marketing, and food safety ; by striking subsection (e); by redesignating subsection
(f)as subsection (e); and in paragraph
