Section 1459A of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3292b) is amended by striking subsection
(c)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section— such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 1999 through 2013; and $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
