Section 25 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2034 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1)(B)(ii)— by striking subclause (I); and by redesignating subclauses
(II)and
(III)as subclauses
(I)and (II), respectively; and in subsection (b), by adding at the end the following: Out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the Secretary of the Treasury shall transfer to the Secretary to carry out this section not less than $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each fiscal year thereafter. The Secretary shall be entitled to receive, shall accept, and shall use to carry out this section the funds transferred under subparagraph (A), without further appropriation. The funding provided under subparagraph
(A)shall supplement (and not supplant) other Federal funding made available to the Secretary to carry out this section. .
