Section 211 of the Agricultural Trade Act of 1978 ( 7 U.S.C. 5641 ) is amended by striking subsection

(b)and inserting the following: The Commodity Credit Corporation shall make available for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 credit guarantees under section 202(a) in an amount equal to not more than $4,500,000,000 in credit guarantees. .
