Effective October 1, 2013, section 202(e)(1) of the Food for Peace Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1722(e)(1) ) is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 13 percent and inserting 15 percent ; and in subparagraph (A), by striking new and inserting and enhancing .
