Section 1211(a)(1) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3811(a)(1)) is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking or at the end; in subparagraph (D), by adding or at the end; and by adding at the end the following: any portion of premium paid by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation for a plan or policy of insurance under the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.); . Section 1212(a)(2) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3812(a)(2) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by striking
(2)If, and inserting the following: If, ; in the second sentence, by striking In carrying and inserting the following: In carrying ; and by adding at the end the following: In the case of payments that are subject to section 1211 for the first time due to the amendment made by section 2609(a) of the Agriculture Reform, Food, and Jobs Act of 2013 , any person who produces an agricultural commodity on the land that is the basis of the payments shall have until January 1 of the fifth year after the date on which the payments became subject to section 1211 to develop and comply with an approved conservation plan. . Section 1221(b) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3821 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Any portion of premium paid by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation for a plan or policy of insurance under the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.). .
