Section 1252 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3851 ) is amended by striking subsection
(c)and inserting the following: The Secretary may carry out the ACES program using funds made available to carry out each program under this title. Funds made available to carry out the conservation reserve program may not be used to carry out the ACES program. . The amendment made by this section shall take effect on October 1, 2013.
