Section 1240G of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa–7 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking by the person or entity during any six-year period, and inserting during fiscal years 2014 through 2018 ; and by striking federally recognized and all that follows through the period and inserting Indian tribes under section 1244(l). ; and in subsection (b)(2), by striking any six-year period and inserting fiscal years 2014 through 2018 .
