Section 14204(d) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2008q–1(d) ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section— such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2013; and $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
