Section 515(d) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1515(d) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this paragraph, the Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct, and submit to Congress a report describing the results of, a study regarding fraudulent claims filed, and benefits provided, under this subtitle. .
