Sec. 2975. Wild horses and burros

The Secretary of the Navy— shall be responsible for the management of wild horses and burros located on the land withdrawn and reserved by section 2971; and may use helicopters and motorized vehicles for the management of wild horses and burros on such land. The activities authorized under subsection
(a)shall be conducted in accordance with laws applicable to the management of wild horses and burros on public land. The Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of the Navy shall enter into an agreement for the implementation of the management of wild horses and burros under this section.
