Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for ‘‘Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Wildland Fire Management’’ shall be $2,444,390,000. In addition to such amount, there is appropriated $40,000,000 for an additional amount for fiscal year 2013 for such account, to remain available until expended, for repayment to other appropriations accounts from which funds were transferred in fiscal year 2012 for wildfire suppression.
