Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for ‘‘Department of the Interior, Department-wide Programs, Wildland Fire Management’’ shall be $823,473,000: Provided , That of the amounts made available by section 140(b) of Public Law 112–175 (126 Stat. 1321), $7,500,000 is rescinded.
