Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act— the amount made available for buildings operations and maintenance expenses in the matter before the first proviso under the heading under the heading Agriculture buildings and facilities and rental payments in title I shall be $52,169,000; Agricultural programs the amount made available for necessary expenses to carry out services authorized by the Federal Meat Inspection Act, the Poultry Products Inspection Act, and the Egg Products Inspection Act in the matter before the first proviso under the heading under the heading Food safety and inspection service in title I shall be $1,056,427,000; and Agricultural programs the amount made available to provide competitive grants to State agencies in the second proviso under the heading under the heading child nutrition programs under the heading Food and Nutrition Service in title IV shall be $10,000,000.
