Notwithstanding section 1101, the amounts included under the heading Embassy Security, Construction, and Maintenance under title I in division I of Public Law 112–74 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division as follows: by substituting $938,125,000 for $762,000,000 in the first paragraph; and by substituting “$688,499,000” for “$775,000,000” in the second paragraph. Notwithstanding section 1101, the levels for the following accounts under title I in division I of Public Law 112–74 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division as follows:
Contributions for International Peacekeeping Activities , $2,006,499,000; International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, Salaries and Expenses , $43,499,000; International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, Construction , $27,675,000; American Sections, International Commissions , $11,923,000; International Fisheries Commissions , $34,617,000; Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad, Salaries and Expenses , $606,000;
United States Commission on International Religious Freedom, Salaries and Expenses , $2,932,000; Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, Salaries and Expenses , $2,443,000; Congressional-Executive Commission on the People’s Republic of China, Salaries and Expenses , $1,906,000; and United States-China Economic and Security Review Commission, Salaries and Expenses , $3,312,000.
