Division II of Public Law 104–333 ( 16 U.S.C. 461 note) is amended in each of sections 107, 208, 310, 408, 507, 607, 707, 809, and 910, by striking 2012 and inserting 2013 . Effective on October 12, 2012, section 7 of Public Law 99–647 , as amended by section 702(d) of Public Law 109–338 and section 1767 of Public Law 112–10 , is further amended by striking the date and all that follows and inserting September 30, 2013 . Section 12 of Public Law 100–692 ( 16 U.S.C. 461 note) is amended— in subsection (c)(1), by striking 2012 and inserting 2013 ; and in subsection (d), by striking the date that is 5 years after the date of enactment of this sub section and inserting September 30, 2013 .
Section 108 of Public Law 106–278 ( 16 U.S.C. 461 note) is amended by striking 2012 and inserting 2013 .
