Notwithstanding section 1101, the amounts included under the heading “Agricultural Programs, Farm Service Agency, Agricultural Credit Insurance Fund Program Account” in division A of Public Law 112–55 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division as follows: by substituting “$2,000,000,000” for “$1,500,000,000” the first place it appears; by substituting “$1,258,887,000” for “$1,050,090,000”; and by substituting “$70,120,000” for “$59,120,000”.
