Notwithstanding section 1101, title VIII of division I of Public Law 112–74 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division by inserting the following at the end of section 8004: Funds appropriated by this title under the headings Diplomatic and Consular Programs , Embassy Security, Construction, and Maintenance , and Educational and Cultural Exchange Programs may be transferred to, and merged with, funds appropriated by this title under such headings: That such transfers shall be subject to the regular notification procedures of the Committees on Appropriations:
Provided, That the transfer authority in this section is in addition to any transfer authority otherwise available under any other provision of law. Provided further, Funds appropriated by this title shall be made available for assistance for Jordan, in addition to amounts otherwise made available by this Act. .
