Notwithstanding section 1101, the levels for the following accounts under title V in division I of Public Law 112–74 shall be as follows: Global Environment Facility , $129,400,000; Contribution to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development , $186,957,000; Contribution to the Enterprise for the Americas Multilateral Investment Fund , $15,000,000; and in the first paragraph under Contribution to the International Development Association , $1,358,500,000; and Contribution to the Inter-American Development Bank , $111,153,000.
Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for the following accounts shall be $0: Multilateral Assistance, International Financial Institutions, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Limitation on Callable Capital Subscriptions ; Bilateral Economic Assistance, Funds Appropriated to the President, Assistance for Europe, Eurasia and Central Asia ; and International Security Assistance, Funds Appropriated to the President, Pakistan Counterinsurgency Capability Fund . Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for the second paragraphs for the following accounts under title V in division I of Public Law 112–74 shall be $0:
Contribution to the International Development Association ; Contribution to the Inter-American Development Bank ; and Contribution to the African Development Fund . Section 70 of the Bretton Woods Agreements Act ( 22 U.S.C. 286 et seq. ), is amended in subsection
(b)by adding at the end the following: In order to pay for the increase in the United States subscription to the Bank under subsection (a)(1)(B), there are authorized to be appropriated, without fiscal year limitation, $4,639,501,466 for payment by the Secretary of the Treasury. Of the amount authorized to be appropriated under paragraph (3), $278,370,088 shall be for paid in shares of the Bank, and $4,361,131,378 shall be for callable shares of the Bank. .
