Of the proceeds credited to the Department of Defense Family Housing Improvement Fund pursuant to subsection (c)(1)(C) of section 2883 of title 10, United States Code, from a Department of Navy land conveyance, the Secretary of Defense shall transfer $10,500,000 to the Secretary of the Navy under paragraph
(3)of subsection
(d)of such section for use by the Secretary of the Navy as provided in paragraph
(1)of such subsection until expended.
