Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to Congress a report on the following: The current status of availability of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting
(IRIB)on international satellites, entities that facilitate its operation by providing services or equipment, and the technical means that it engages in jamming. The instances, since January 1, 2012, in which the IRIB engaged in activities that violated Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, including broadcasting forced confessions and hate speech against minorities. The instances, since January 1, 2012, in which international broadcasting programs originating from the United States and Europe have been subject to disruption in Iran, with relevant details such as which programs were disrupted, available location information on the origin of the disruption, and the extent of the disruption. In developing the report required by subsection (a), the Secretary of State shall coordinate with the Broadcasting Board of Governors, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the heads of other relevant Federal departments and agencies. All unclassified portions of the report required by subsection
(a)shall be made publicly available on the Internet web site of the Department of State.
