None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to cancel the avionics modernization program of record for C–130 aircraft: , That the Secretary of the Air Force may proceed with a reduced scope program to address safety and airspace compliance requirements, using funds provided in this bill and previous funds appropriated for the avionics modernization program of record, consistent with the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015.
