The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (Board) shall have authority to obligate funds for the scholarship program established by section 109(c)(2) of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 ( Public Law 107–204 ) in an aggregate amount not exceeding the amount of funds collected by the Board as of December 31, 2014, including accrued interest, as a result of the assessment of monetary penalties. Funds available for obligation in fiscal year 2015 shall remain available until expended.
