Section 5 of the Arts and Artifacts Indemnity Act ( 20 U.S.C. 974 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking $10,000,000,000 and inserting $15,000,000,000 ; and by striking $5,000,000,000 and inserting $7,500,000,000 ; and in subsection (c)— by striking $1,200,000,000 and inserting $1,800,000,000 ; and by striking $750,000,000 and inserting $1,000,000,000 .
