For fiscal year 2015, the obligational authority of the Library of Congress for the activities described in subsection
(b)may not exceed $203,058,000. The activities referred to in subsection
(a)are reimbursable and revolving fund activities that are funded from sources other than appropriations to the Library in appropriations Acts for the legislative branch.
