Section 408(a) ( 42 U.S.C. 608(a) ) is amended by striking paragraph (3). The following provisions are each amended by inserting after section 408(a)(3) the following: (as in effect before the effective date of the amendments made by section 10(a) of the Rewriting to Improve and Secure an Exit Out of Poverty Act took effect) : Section 452(a)(10)(C) ( 42 U.S.C. 652(a)(10)(C) ).
