Section 112(e)(1) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 732(e)(1) ) is amended by redesignating subparagraph
(D)as subparagraph
(E)and inserting after subparagraph
(C)the following: The Secretary shall make grants to the protection and advocacy system serving the American Indian Consortium to provide services in accordance with this section. The amount of such grants shall be the same as provided to territories under this subsection. .
