The following provisions are repealed: Chapter 4 of subtitle B of title I, and sections 123, 155, 166, 167, 168, 169, 171, 173, 173A, 174, 192, 194, 502, 503, and 506 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. Title V of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3056 et seq. ). Sections 1 through 14 of the Wagner-Peyser Act ( 29 U.S.C. 49 et seq. ). Twenty-First Century Workforce Commission Act ( 29 U.S.C. 2701 note). Youth Conservation Corps Act of 1970 ( 16 U.S.C. 1701 et seq. ).
Section 821 of the Higher Education Amendments of 1998 ( 20 U.S.C. 1151 ) (Grants to States for workplace and community transition training for incarcerated individuals). The Women in Apprenticeship and Nontraditional Occupations Act ( 29 U.S.C. 2501 et seq. ). Sections 4103A and 4104 of title 38, United States Code.
