Section 142 ( 29 U.S.C. 2882 ) is amended— in paragraph (2)— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting Applicable one-stop ; One-stop by striking applicable ; by striking customer service ; and by striking intake and inserting assessment ; in paragraph (4), by striking before completing the requirements and all that follows and inserting prior to becoming a graduate. ; and in paragraph (5), by striking has completed the requirements and all that follows and inserting the following: who, as a result of participation in the Job Corps program, has received a regular secondary school diploma, completed the requirements of a career and technical education and training program, or received, or is making satisfactory progress (as defined under section 484(c) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( . 20 U.S.C. 1091(c) ) toward receiving, a recognized postsecondary credential, including an industry-recognized credential that prepares individuals for employment leading to economic self-sufficiency.
