The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 701 et seq. ) is further amended— in section 100(b)(1) ( 29 U.S.C. 720(b)(1) ), by striking such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting $3,121,712,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years ; in section 110(c) ( 29 U.S.C. 730(c) ), by amending paragraph
(2)to read as follows: The sum referred to in paragraph
(1)shall be, as determined by the Secretary, not less than 1 percent and not more than 1.5 percent of the amount referred to in paragraph
(1)for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2020. ; in section 112(h) ( 29 U.S.C. 732(h) ) by striking such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting $12,240,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years ; by amending subsection
(a)of section 201 ( 29 U.S.C. 761(a) ) to read as follows:
(a)There are authorized to be appropriated $108,817,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years to carry out this title. ; in section 302(i) ( 29 U.S.C. 772(i) ) by striking such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting $35,515,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years ; in section 303(e) ( 29 U.S.C. 773(e) ) by striking such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting $5,325,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years ; in section 405 (29 U.S.C. 785) by striking such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting $3,258,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years ; in section 502(j) ( 29 U.S.C. 792(j) ) by striking such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting $7,400,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years ; in section 509(l) ( 29 U.S.C. 794e(l) ) by striking such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting $18,031,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years ; in section 714 ( 29 U.S.C. 796e–3 ), by striking such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting $23,359,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years ; in section 727 ( 29 U.S.C. 796f–6 ), by striking such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting $79,953,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years ; and in section 753 ( 29 U.S.C. 7961 ), by striking such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting $34,018,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each of the 6 succeeding fiscal years .
