The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 is amended by inserting after section 110 ( 29 U.S.C. 730 ) the following: Each State shall reserve not less than 10 percent of the funds allotted to the State under section 110(a) to carry out programs and activities under sections 101(a)(26)(B) and 103(b)(6). .
