The following provisions are repealed: Chapter 4 of subtitle B of title I, and sections 123, 155, 166, 167, 168, 169, 171, 173, 173A, 174, 192, 194, 502, 503, and 506 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. Title V of the Older Americans Act of 1965. Sections 1 through 14 of the Wagner-Peyser Act. Youth Conservation Corps Act of 1970 ( 16 U.S.C. 1701 et seq. ). Section 821 of the Higher Education Amendments of 1998 ( 20 U.S.C. 1151 ) (Grants to States for workplace and community transition training for incarcerated individuals). The Women in Apprenticeship and Nontraditional Occupations Act (29 U.S.C. 2501 et seq.). Sections 4103A and 4104 of title 38, United States Code.
