Section 509 ( 29 U.S.C. 794e ) is amended— in subsection (c)(1)(A), by inserting a grant, contract, or cooperative agreement for before training ; in subsection (f)(2)— by striking general and all that follows through records and inserting general authorities, including the authority to access records ; and by inserting of title I after subtitle C ; and in subsection (l), by striking such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through 2003. and inserting $17,650,000 for fiscal year 2015, $19,013,000 for fiscal year 2016, $19,408,000 for fiscal year 2017, $19,838,000 for fiscal year 2018, $20,305,000 for fiscal year 2019, and $20,735,000 for fiscal year 2020. .
