Section 200 ( 29 U.S.C. 760 ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting technical assistance, after training, ; in paragraph (2), by inserting technical assistance, after training, ; in paragraph (3), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)— by inserting and use after transfer ; and by inserting , in a timely and efficient manner, after disabilities ; and in paragraph (4), by striking distribution and inserting dissemination ; in paragraph (5)— by inserting , including individuals with intellectual and psychiatric disabilities, after disabilities ; and by striking and after the semicolon; by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (7); by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following: identify strategies for effective coordination of services to job seekers with disabilities available through programs of one-stop partners, as defined in section 3 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act; ; in paragraph (7), as redesignated by paragraph (6), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: identify effective strategies for supporting the employment of individuals with disabilities in competitive integrated employment. .
