Section 725 (29 U.S.C. 796f–4) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)(D), by striking to society and inserting , both within the community and throughout the United States, ; and in paragraph (5)— by inserting (as defined in section 7(17)) after core services ; and by inserting before the period the following: to eligible individuals, to promote full access to community life ; and in subsection (c), by striking Commissioner each place it appears and inserting ILA Director .
