Section 302 ( 29 U.S.C. 772 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (E)— by striking all after deliver and inserting supported employment services and customized employment services to individuals with the most significant disabilities ; and by striking and after the semicolon; in subparagraph (F), by striking and after the semicolon; in subparagraph (G), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: personnel trained in providing assistive technology services. ; in subsection (b)(1)(B)(i), by striking or prosthetics and orthotics and inserting prosthetics and orthotics, rehabilitation teaching for the blind, or orientation and mobility instruction ; in subsection (g)— in paragraph (1), by adding after the period the following:
Any technical assistance provided to community rehabilitation programs shall be focused on the employment outcome of competitive integrated employment for individuals with disabilities. ; and in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking clause
(iv)and inserting the following: for the 2 years following the date of enactment of the Workforce Investment Act of 2012, to provide training regarding the amendments made to this Act. ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking on the date of enactment of the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998 and inserting on the date of enactment of the Workforce Investment Act of 2012 ; and in subsection (i), by striking fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting fiscal years 2013 through 2017 .
