Section 214 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1184 ) is amended— in subsection (e)(2), by inserting or permanent partner after spouse ; and in subsection (r)— in paragraph (1), by inserting or permanent partner after spouse ; and by inserting or permanent partnership after marriage each place it appears.
