Section 104(f) of the High Seas Fishing Compliance Act of 1995 ( 16 U.S.C. 5503(f) ) is amended to read as follows: A permit issued under this section for a vessel is void if— any other permit or authorization required for the vessel to fish is expired, revoked, or suspended; or the vessel is no longer documented under the laws of the United States or eligible for such documentation. .
