The South Pacific Tuna Act of 1988 is amended— in section 5(a) ( 16 U.S.C. 973c(a) )— in paragraph (8), by inserting , investigation, after search ; and in paragraph (10), by inserting , investigation, after search ; and by striking sections 7 and 8 (16 U.S.C. 973e and 973f) and inserting the following: For additional prohibitions relating to this Act and enforcement of this Act, see section 606 of the High Seas Driftnet Fishing Moratorium Protection Act (16 U.S.C. 1826g). .
