Section 8909a of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (d)— by striking paragraph (3); and by redesignating paragraphs

(4)through

(6)as paragraphs

(3)through (5), respectively; and by adding at after subsection

(e)(as added by section 101(b)(1)) the following: Nothing in this section shall be construed to require the Postal Service to pay any amount into the Postal Service Retiree Health Benefits Fund established under section 8909a. . Section 803(b)(1)(A) of the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act ( 5 U.S.C. 8909a note) is amended by striking 8909a(d)(5) and inserting 8909a(d)(4) .
