(10)through (16), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(8)the following new paragraph: The raising of concerns and initiation of actions through multilateral and regional bodies. . The International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 ( 22 U.S.C. 6401 et seq. ) is amended in sections 3(3), 401(c)(2), 402(c)(1)(A), 403(a), 404(a), 405(b), and 407(a) by striking paragraphs
