Section 108(b) of the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 ( 22 U.S.C. 6417(b) ) is amended by inserting the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom, after United States chiefs of mission abroad, . Section 108(c) of the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 ( 22 U.S.C. 6417(c) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition, the Secretary of State shall transmit the lists of persons imprisoned, detained, or placed under house arrest prepared under subsection
(b)not later than 180 days after the enactment of the Shahbaz Bhatti International Religious Freedom Act of 2014, and every 180 days thereafter, to the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives, the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission, and the Senate Human Rights Caucus. .
