Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to the Congress a report on the Department of Defense Excess Personal Property Program established pursuant to section 1033 of Public Law 104–201 , the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 that includes information on— which jurisdictions equipment is sent to; the value of equipment sent to each jurisdiction; the level of training provided to officers; and how the equipment is used in the jurisdiction.
