Section 2925 of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 3797s–4 ) is amended— by striking An entity and inserting
(a); and Entity Reports.— An entity by adding at the end the following: The Attorney General shall submit to Congress an annual report that describes the number of grants awarded under section 2921(1) and how such grants are used by the recipients for family-based substance abuse treatment programs that serve as alternatives to incarceration for custodial parents to receive treatment and services as a family. .
