105 Subparagraph
(B)of section 45A(b)(1) is amended by adding at the end the following: If any portion of wages are taken into account under subsection (e)(1)(A) of section 51, the preceding sentence shall be applied by substituting . 2-year period for 1-year period . The amendment made by this section shall take effect as if included in the provision of the Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006 to which it relates.
