(1)of section 512(a) of the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act is amended by striking after paragraph
(6)and inserting after paragraph
(5). The amendment made by this section shall take effect as if included in the provision of the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act to which it relates.
